Emerging Art Long Island aims to change
the “state of the art” on Long Island.

Long Island has been the home of artists such as Roy Lichtenstein, Andy Warhol, Jackson Pollock, and Willem deKooning. It is our mission to introduce to the public the contemporary artists who are working here now.

We are looking forward to the exchange of ideas between emerging artists and those that are more established in their careers, through the organization of exhibitions, meet & greets, and other events that take a detour from the norm.

We are not limited to any particular medium or style. However, we are limiting our scope to artists who demonstrate a commitment to their practice, and thus there certainly is a strong curatorial component to our path. We hope to provide an outlet through which dedicated artists can network, communicate, and share ideas.

EMERGE.LI also seeks to connect businesses which are interested in supporting the Long Island art scene with some of our most motivated creative professionals. If you are interested in getting involved, please drop us a line, and we urge you to stop by our at one of our events.
